With 40% insider/founder ownership a hostile takeover attempt would not likely be possible. The suitor(s) would have to make a proposal which would sway that group. Trainor told me about a year ago $5 was his target. I would imagine that has increased since then. My main concern is meeting production demands in a timely fashion.
