Goldmoney's Peter Schiffhttps://www.cnbc.com/2017/04/16/trader-rips-perma-bear-investor-peter-schiff-you-cant-have-your-own-facts.html Peter Schiff, the high profile face of Goldmoney, looks to be a bit off the mark with his wild predictions. XAU is all hyped up as the fastest FinTech around but after the initial promotion is gone, it's stock is now way below its all-time high with no vol..and not movng much. As a FinTech startup it is not scaling up like other payment firms such as Square, Paypal and Stripe. The Company is sitting on its cash raised and is worth only liquid assets and the rest is just fluff such as Goodwill" and "Intangibles " which are overpayment for acquisitions by Bitgold such as with Goldmoney and Schiff Wealth. Although XAU is a real company, it will never make any money as its business model is clearly half-baked.
Based on the latest financials for Dec. 31, 2016, the Company's intrinsic value is pegged at around $0.87. Net Equity $117 million less Intangibles $22 million and Goodwill $35 million equalling Net/Net of $60 million divided by 69 million outstanding shares.
