I am not condemning RTO but a lot of deals are happening with shell companies doing Qualifying Transaction (QT) and it brought back the 80's era of VSE - now TSX-V - being called "The Scam Capital of the World". The most egregious ex. of a bad RTO deal is the $6 billion Sino-Forest fraud perpetuated in Canada by the Chinese.
