Does Matamec need a new feasibility study for Kipawa?

Does Matamec need a new feasibility study for Kipawa? From Matamec web site:

"The project has been in development since 2007, and out of 800 projects around the world that Toyota (an end user) researched in 2012, it was the only one they chose to invest in. Feasibility and environmental baseline studies were completed in 2013."

It's about 4 years old the feasibility study and I wonder if the information is outdated. Futhermore, if extraction processes have been improved and prices of REE have changed since 2013 then the feasibility studies must be updated, if not the project could not get the go ahead.

If anyone differs in my opinion, feel free to explain otherwise.

All in my opinion.
