Recieved financial statements report from QRM

Recieved financial statements report from QRMFor the years ended October 31,2016 and 2015. It looks very grey. On page 7 of the report it mentions a "going concern uncertainty". As long as QRM ia able to raise cash through PP there is hope but only insiders know how it's going. As for the retailer it's very speculative on how it's going for QRM.
