It also has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims in the James Bay Lowlands area of Northern Ontario. It has a 70% interest in the Viljoenshof Diamond Project in South Africa.

Thats what a cross can be.. a change of ownership structure. This also happened on Vanoil ( VEL) a stock I own,... VEL is presently off the market directly after the cross.

MTX may be going the way of the do-do bird soon...
