RE:RE:Phone Call with Mark

RE:RE:Phone Call with MarkGoosehawks,

Your overly negative tone is highly suspicious and leads me to question your motivation. There are various problems with the assertions you made herein. Of course there is downside risk, this is a highly speculative penny stock. But you seem to have some kind of vested interest in painting the company in a negative light. Wonder why?

1.) Bokan is on hold for the time being, and who cares if it takes 10-15 years to get it up and running.

2.)Regarding the JV, IBC and Ucore have deals in place, it is strictly the JV that is being hammered out. Do shareholders want 40% of something, or 100% of something and how much will that cost. This is a standard negotiating phase.

3.) MOSP- has always been strictly research oriented. If they are able to develop an economical process so be it. Thats not the priority anyway. You mis-represent statements from some optimistic people on the board as words of the company. Not true.

4.) I did ask Mark about the 10,000,000-15,000,000 purchase price of IBC. He advised they are trying to avoid going to market, and don't believe they will have to. He believes they will be able to get the money from tolling agreements with other companies. This seems optimistic, but even if you have to go to market for cash, so be it. They could always reduce the warrant price.

5.) You seem to be stuck in crazy world regarding REE's. As it sits, Ucore is focused on PGM's and other Tech metals, such as lithium. They know well what you are saying regarding REE's, and are adapting the the changing market environment. What more could you want from a company.

And lastly, yes, again.... This is a highly speculative penny stock with negative downside risk. No one should invest what you're not willing to lose. However, from my perspective, the upside potential related to metals seperation and benification for the 50+ products is a risk i'm willing to take.

I'm not sure if you are being paid to bash, are butt hurt because you lost money, or are just trying to degrade the stock because you're invested in a competitor. There is potential here, and whatever your motivation, at least keep your posts filled with substance. Give the REE bashing a break, considering thats not even their focus right now.

Insert negative counter argument above ^
