It also intends to hold a 50% interest in 27 contiguous mining claims totaling 410 hectares (Greenbelt Property) located south of Bissett, Manitoba.

Yes the company requested a halt on Jan 23rd and the news came out 4 days later on Jan 27th.

Now it's on halt on the exchanges end.

Call or email them yourself idiot and they will verify this.
