RE:RE:Aldershot Resources Canada’s Newest Gold DiscoveryLooks like Aldershot is on to something here.
With the drill results as good or better than Alamos Gold's Young Davidson Mine, it could prove to be a very lucrative speculative investment esp. under 0.10 and with only 50M I/O.
I particularly like that there are so many gold mines around Aldershot's project, as the odds of sucess are much greater than being out in the middle of unexplored areas with no gold mines around the project.
And I know for fact that 80 - 90 % of the jr gold explorers rarely come back with significant gold assays.
Most of them are very low insignificant grades or come back with dry holes.
These are IMO very encouraging results and warrant further investment and drilling.

Transition Minerals (Operator & Option Partner) COO Greg Collins commented that
“Additional drilling at depth and along strike targeting trends with increasing grade thickness is required to more fully define the extent of the system and to vector towards zones of higher grade mineralization.
Additionally, the program has generated some new insights into the relationship between northwest oriented shear zones and gold on the property which have highlighted some new target areas on the property.
One such area requiring additional drill testing coincides with a strong 500 metre by 200 metre apparent resistivity high located at depth below an area where elevated gold values have been intersected by multiple holes near surface.”
