Legally

Legally  Looks like there's a three- way legal fued. 
CSK and Equator seem like they can wait it out,
but appears Yukon is in dire straits financially. CSK
must have some good legal  leverage , and I bet Yukon
acted as the dirt bags they are , and  didn't honor theyre
legal obligations .  Maybe via contractual or maybe disclosung
Confidential info .  In the hands of the Lawyers and local court. 
Csk is Canadian. EQ Australian, but does biz in CA ; Yukon is a Swiss Co,
owing lots of taxes, utility bills , has disgruntled laid off employees etc etc.
Whos the Judge gonna side with ?
