RE:RE:Current Board of DirectorsCardboard is correct about the directors. Eagle's CEO has not made significant changes needed in the current price environment and the new debt is exceptionally expensive and limiting (similar to Home Capital). Sell assets if that is the only way. I think the new loan was taken to secure upper management's jobs. 

I will be voting for a board overhaul. I strong encourage all to do the same as, if oil prices do not recover, eagle is most likely not going to survive with the current plan.
