Is anyone else surprised by this answer?

Q21: Are the postponed orders on the AST trading platform only for companies owned by Mr. Wang or where there independent 3rd parties that agreed to postpone also? What kind of a business can afford to postpone a raw material order, wouldn't it need the material as soon as possible?

Ans.: I see that some investors are still confused about our relationship with Mr. Wang’s companies. None of the purchase order agreements signed by AST were with companies owned by Mr. Wang. Some of AST’s clients are companies that have dealt with some of Mr. Wang’s companies in the past, but they are not companies actually owned by Mr. Wang. So, none of the postponed transactions had anything to do with Mr. Wang’s companies.

For the second part of that question, the postponed orders were from clients whose PO's with AST only represented a portion of their material needs for the year. So they were simply able to get orders from other suppliers that were originally planned for 2017 fulfilled in Q4 2016 instead.

I need to research this.  I'm shocked by this answer.   What are your thoughts on this?  Thanks for your input.
