My quick read

It seems that as of this moment, the all cash deal of CAD$1.2125 is the dominant strategy. The price of EGO must rise to CAD$5.00 before the indifference point. We'll see where Integra trades in a few minutes but unless the market thinks there is another suitor about emerge, I think we can see around CAD $1.15ish. Anything less invites arbitrage. Better question, how does EGO trade?
