TDone of the reasons for the selloff today could be that TDW included the downgrade as an additional piece on Friday and then included it again on Mondays Action Notes so that those of their smart investors who missed reading the change on Friday would read it on Monday. 

other than that hard to explain the 5%+ selloff today but got to buy in again. 

Now wait and see how low it goes before more buyers step in (myself included)
