RE:VODIS EXPANDING TO CARLIFORNIA
RE:VODIS EXPANDING TO CARLIFORNIAThey are moving their rental company to a State where there are high taxes and their flat revenue growth can't compete with the licensed players already there? How about do your diligence? Signal Bay is already a corporate logistics and lab testing company that cornered the state market. Then there is MGW who already is on a licensing path with a proven management team that hasn't had issues with incompetence. Like its been suggested. Bag holding people should sell whatever they have left before they lose more an invest it in a real company that is going somewhere. Renting portfolios don't make sense unless they can afford to pay a dividend and Vodis is in a precarious position. The tenants who actually hold the stake in the product can leave whenever they want and Vodis will be in a position that further erodes shareholder value because as their historical pattern indicates management likes to pump it up and then induce reverse splits followed by a private placement. This has shown the trend to be downward as the volume continues to be thinner and thinner because they have no license. Most people play around on a gamble but its thin volume is precarious and likely to put the company in the 20 cent range very soon.
