RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is anyone else surprised by this answer?I don't make this stuff up like some people here.  I've read every PKK document on SEDAR.   Clearly most people here haven't.  They don't bother with DD or analysing finacial statements or reading the Notes in the reports.

This is from the PKK MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS from November 20, 2015 page 2, paragraph 2:

During the course of 2015, the Company came to the realization that it was going to be difficult to execute its plan of acquiring high-growth-potential Chinese companies and projects while a listed member of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) due to certain rules and regulations of the TSXV pertaining to having operations in “Emerging Market” regions. The Company therefore began the process to migrate from the TSXV to the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). Peak’s shares officially began trading on the CSE on October 23, 2015.

Please stop responding to my post unless you have something inteligent to say.  I really want to stop posting on the PKK site.  I will respond to BS here.   Thanks
