That is interesting Marine.
Also, I think logically we will all be receiving $0.30/share and .18188 shares of ELD.
Obviously if ELD share price is much under $5.00 everyone will opt for the cash, and much over $5.00 everyone will opt for the shares.
In the end it's not much of a 'choice' for most people, lol. GLTA
