Normally, a halt is no more then two hours (subjective). The news release, which is why a company issues a halt, is to make sure it is "accepted" by the governing body (IIROC). Seems like there is a revision in the release. This could significantly change the course of ACB and RTI. Insiders kept the SP of RTI below .80 for a reason. And ACB has been trading sideways for some time now. Expect big things to transpire. Always subjective, but clues can be found.
