Marine, I calculate ELD is paying approx. $1.10 per ICG share using todays closing price of $4.38 per ELD share.

$0.30313 cash plus $4.38 x .18188

Our share price has followed ELD very closely since the deal was announced.

ELD recently announed Q1 results.
