RTI will be limited in Canada to only extracting oil for ACB unless ACB approves otherwise. But, that leaves the recreational market in Washington, California, Arizona, and Colorado whos population must be at very least 3 times that of Canada. There are no restrictions in regards to partnering with any company outside of canada. Thats without mentioning all of the other states who are medicinally legalized. Also the news release did specificy that RTI's equiptment can be both downscaled and upscaled to suit the needs of whoever is using it.
