IMO it went that way cause the mexanex guys didn't want their return from the sale in terms of MZI shares...... and dumped..... now no one seems to want to touch this cause there is no plan and management sure isn't providing any updates.

why would you sell the shares of the company that buys your majority interest? Then again, why did they get so many shares? They don't appear to have any history... some sushi and a Michael Jordan fantasy...
