I am not certain who began the dump that drove the shares this low but as long as all the buying is done by parties at "arms length" then its all perfectly legal. If an offer is made to take the company private at 3 or 4 cents then it wont be difficult for a majority of current share owners to accept the offer. If on the other hand a substantial portion of the float is under lock and key and not for sale and somebody or perhaps several parties start pumping in buyside capital there is little resistance in terms of dumping into the bid. Somebody will make alot of money here. I just hope the shares stay public while it happens. Whoever has been buying is not intimidated by potential losses
