RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Blue Vs Yellow

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Blue Vs YellowClark has roughly 500,000 shares, the rest share the rest.

You can't speak on behalf of the board as to why they will or won't buy additional shares.  You don't know their financial situation and where they have investments outside of Eagle.  Having faith in the company or not isn't the only deciding factor.  And considering the current uncertain situation, why risk it?  The same can be asked of the concerned shareholders.  Why aren't they buying up shares left and right?  Those kind of questions and issues do nothing but add to the emotional rhetoric being thrown around.  Speculation and personal bias.

This is what I know.  Expenses have been a problem.  Management finally asknowledges this and is going to do something about it.  The concerned shareholders say this is a problem and want to do something about it.  Something is being done, so Yellow and Blue are now on the same page.

The only other main issue is to sell assets or work the assets.  ISS, an independant body, says in summary, vote Yellow.  The concerned shareholders plan to sell the assets is a riskier plan.  Ultimately it's your choice how you vote.  I'm voting based on current facts not would have could have should have rhetoric.

From my view, I'm thinking nothing ultimately will save Eagle but I'm praying I'm wrong.

Cheers.
