Interest will be low until the proxy fight is over...it's 0.29 but only on 41k volume (literally one $6k purchase). Volume last week or two has been low. If you believe put in a few low ball limit buys and try and steal some like this guy did.

$12M for a 3900bbl/day is $3000 per barrel flowing. CAD. There is value here if this ship doesn't go under.
