There were no warrants or options that existed under 5 cents per share exercise price.

No one is going to exercise and then sell at a massive loss, makes no sense. As for anything else , management shoud not be making selective disclosures to certain people. If there is something to announce they should press release it or as KR has done in the past, do a blog post.

There has also been no insider trading that I can find, and insiders are the ones with the options/warrants.

If someone third party recently received stock or warrants we do not know about it and it should have been press released.

Some debts were settled in stock etc, but that stock was issued a while ago.
