WHY ARE SCC SHARES TRADING WHEN BANKRUPTCY IS LOOMING

WHY ARE SCC SHARES TRADING WHEN BANKRUPTCY IS LOOMINGthe current case of sears canada is showing how market authorities are not consciencious about investors who buy shares in a company that is artifically kept alive, soon to be declared in bankruptcy. why buying shares in such a company when at the end there will be no value left for shareholders. you would think that the tsx or investment regulatory bodies would have a cease-trading order so that investors are not bleeded to zero value. it is nonsense to buy shares at this point and loose all money in likely the next few days.
