On Friday I visited one of the stores due to close,
not many bargains and the place was like a ghost town. Sears might as well just call in a liquidator right now and forget about trying to sell the inventory themselves.

Situation at Sears unfortunate. Management milking the situation - unfortuante. Management has put Sear in its current position - unfortuante - they should all go to jail.

I owned Air Canada at that time. Our stock went to ZERO. The company issued new shares and completely wiped out existing holders. Sears will be the same. A company does not file for bankruptcy

Lampert made out like a bandit
While he is the major shareholder more money has been take out via dividends than what Lampert paidt for this stock back in 2005 (was trading around $16 at the time. https://www.dividendchannel.com

now that customers know that the stock is near bankruptcy....nobody will want to buy large applicances or other big ticket items....no warranty....plus the staff that are still there see the writing
