What does that mean for shareholders? THey get 0$?

the shares still exist. Delisting just means they are not listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Probably worthless anyway. Stock holders are always last on the list. Stock is frozen and will probably stay such until delisting. Even if were to trade for a day or 2 shares would be at no value. Who would buy your shares. Maybe for 1 or 2 cents just in case they can fix themselves
