More of "we just do not know" than "irregularities"

Like I said giving this 3-4 months until more info comes out.

Contacting regulators not having the whole story does not really help as it could hurt chances for success and hurt shareholders. But if at a future date it turns out that we know more and things do not line up and people lose all their money then I guess it might make some sense since there would be nothing to lose.

I always give people the benefit of the doubt, and really hope that over time more clarity comes from management, especially given that he sold a big chunk of his stock at levels 3 times where the bid is now.

Just a lot of open holes in info for now.
