RE:Stantec acquisition of RNL Design

Does someone know how many employees at IBG? I found 2,400, but have not been able to double check.
If that is accurate, price paid per employee for RNL by Syantec would mean a price in between $7.69/share and $9.23 for IBG. Which is consistent with our previous evalutaions.
