I see numerous properties. I see some are lower on reserves while others are great. They have processing plants...not read about them or how many. Maybe they won't have great costs building a plant if one is close or maybe they can move obsolete plant....just my uneducated speculation. AVK'S resource and exploration potential is only going to help them a lot in my opinion.

I will point out a couple of things about EDV so AVK holders have an idea (also do your own DD):
EDV should be over $30.00 right now as it is...therfore is undervalued in my opinion...
EDV is an experienced mine builder and very experienced management. They will re-design the AVK plan and redo all costs and production…NPV will look a lot different to the upside then it looks now therefore the premium EDV is paying now it will be saved on new more efficient plan.
EDV has very strong financials as well as financial backing (Sawiris family is 30% owner and on the board)
Hunde will open Q4 2017.
EDV will probably start paying a dividend soon after Hunde is complete.
Karma mine (use to be TGM) also came in with a piece of land called Liguidi that since was forgotten about, however back when TGM was making all those plans Liguidi was suppose to be huge project. I am sure we will hear about it in coming months or years when EDV decides to go ahead and work that land…
In my investing portfolio EDV is the only one I do not jump up when the SP takes a hit... I know the managemnt is good, the financials are good the future is bright, so I do not worry about EDV.
