Seriously, you shareholders need to put pressure on management and ask this one simple question. If they tell you "well we need to produce the oil first" Tell them to simply "buy it". There is no shortage of companies willing to sell it. It's like Coca Cola saying "well first we need to grow the sugarcane". Jesus, its so mismanaged it's not funny.
