Yeah ok it hit the 20ma, but it still was sold off last minutes to the bell from RBC ...it had held in the .80's pretty much most of the day till then. Deliberate sell off, not just a technical swing. Someone wanted some money out to put somewhere else. Nothing wrong with that, just saying that is what the tape showed.
