RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:KDX Comments on Mill Capacity

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:KDX Comments on Mill CapacityI tend to agree with Passionate & PM.  As for the $8, . .  I am not so sure.  Everyone knows it's undervalued, but . . they have lost control of that decision.  The bulk of the shares are held by the big funds.  I personally don't think they will vote down any lower level take-over, when the acquiring company is most likely in their fund's portfolio.  They will benefit on both ends of the deal and will have faster shareholder value in the end.

If the company and the average shareholder held the majority of the shares I would agree with a higher number, but . .that's not the case.  Our best bet is that there are multiple/competing offers since KLDX has to look like a diamond in the rough right now and their just aren't that many of them around these days in good locations.

Let's hope I am right and we have a monster 2nd Qtr which propels the price upward "before" it happens.  I really don't knw why someone didn't make a move ahead of the results. (just shows that acquisitions aren't being heavily considered right now or we would have popped onto everyone's radar.)
