RE:JK YouTube – PGD (Rick Rule)Kaiser says if would be better if shareholders DON'T buy the .10 cent offering, and let Rick Rule purchase his full backstop allotment. This will create motivation for a needed Rule backed promotion. Kaiser also says the stock is currently undervalued.
