Why does CJC not open a gold mine?

Why does CJC not open a gold mine?MAT and CJC being together. With all the gold discoveries these past few months, why not open a gold mine? Whats really stopping them? What use is the discovery and announced in a news release if it's to remain under ground? There is always a market to sell gold. How much must an ounce of gold be worth to make it viable to open a mine? Lots of questions and no answers to be found. The SP is at it's 52 weeks low and MAT looks dead in the water with nothing to show for these past few months with their news releases.

All in my opinion.
