RE:RE:NEWS OUT At rockyfan. Do I see a run for MAT shares today? No. Therefore, I wonder why peg the SP at 7.5 cents for a non-brokered private placement when anybody can get in now at way below that price? Furthermore, there are plenty on the asks below 7.5 cents to supply the bids. What is the logic behind it? Why 7.5 cents? The CEO has some explanation to do.

All in my opinion.
