RE:RE:QRM filing for bankruptcy is extremely suspicious........

RE:RE:QRM filing for bankruptcy is extremely suspicious........

At StockScoutX......there is an amazing stink hanging over QRM, and its executive team's strategies

are extremely suspicious, particularly with respect to mortgaging all the QRM assets against a mere

$550,000 debenture, while refusing to identify the "mystery" entity that purchased the debenture or while

refusing to identify the "mystery" corp that allegedly bid for QRM, only to withdraw the bid for undisclosed reasons.

Furthermore, it appears that the QRM exec team, in collusion with the Quebec government, had the

Quebec taxpayers foot much of the bill for development of the QRM strange lake rare earth deposits....and

that corrupt practice is analogous to the real estate developer who bribes city officials to demolish a building,

at taxpayer expense, then once the demolition is completed, the real estate developer purchases the

property and builds a new project, thus passing all the costs of demolition onto the taxpayer.  If this analogy

is appropriate, then the Quebec politicos who conspired with Lortie and his exec team also open themselves

to  potential negative repercussions, for the crime of defrauding Quebec taxpayers.

Yet more reasons why a forensic investigator should examine every aspect of the QRM exec actions over the

past several years and determine the exact relationship of the "mystery" debenture holder to Lortie and his exec

team...the exact relationship of the "mystery" bidder to Lortie and his exec team.....and, in doing so, entice a

whistleblower to step forward and provide empirical evidence of any malfeasance.  Assuming future class action

litigation is certified in Ontario, then whistleblower rewards could be enormous, well above $5 million, for the

shrewd person who steps forward to reveal collusive QRM exec actions aimed against their own shareholders.

Bottom line:  if QRM fails to protect its own shareholders in the company's bankruptcy filing, not only do the

QRM directors/execs expose themselves to  severe litigative rejoinder actions, but the stain upon Lortie's

repuation will undermine all future projects he plans in any realm...because despite his impressive bio, the

QRM misdeeds are a dark cloud that could hover over his head for the rest of his life.
