Seaboard Corporation is primarily engaged in hog production and pork processing; commodity trading and grain processing; cargo shipping services; sugar and alcohol production, and electric power generation. Its segments include Pork, Liquid Fuels, CT&M, Marine, Power, and Turkey. The Pork segment primarily produces hogs to process and sells pork products to further processors, food service operators, distributors and grocery stores. The Liquid Fuels segment produces renewable diesel and biodiesel from pork fat and other animal fats and vegetable oils. The CT&M segment is an integrated agricultural commodity trading, processing and logistics operation. The Marine segment provides cargo shipping services in the United States, the Caribbean and Central and South America. The Power segment is an independent power producer in the Dominican Republic that owns two power-generating barges. The Turkey segment holds an equity method investment that produces and processes turkey products.

fantastic private placement congrats to the president and whoever else found these stellar placees, , how does it require 3 firms to raise a piddling 950000 dollars and then pay $64,344 plus 231,000 finder shares in other words more than 10 percent,  and 231,000 finder warrants, superb!!!!!!!!!
nevermind that insiders took down stock which could take fee to 15 %, either clueless or idiotic but most certainly desperate and a serious warning sign
