Before anything, I suggest the management to educate themselves and come up with new plans to add more products on line and put it in the market and make it more efficient and attractive for the consumers, also, bring some new news and plans and modify the existing one's. Make the company more visible like having new updated website or on stockhouse website with subscription. Stockhouse will gladly promote it for a reasonable amount of money to run the ads.

I think if they took a vote, most (if not all) shareholders would vote against the reverse split. There is no need for a reverse split. All they need is new management and fresh ideas to get the stock price moving in the right direction.

Perhaps the guy who now owns more than 10% of the company will give the reverse split the middle finger. After the pi$$ poor performance over the past 2 years (30 cents to 1 cent), this reverse split annoucement just adds insult to injury.
