Well by the regulation the tsx will ask KR to get the sharholders approuval before any rs so this RS is not a done deal at all for now...

All shareholers will have the cnace to vote agains the RS at the AGM

If they want to make a pp , stock price needs to be over .05$

Again the way they do their PR is curious...
