Is Walter still the right guy?

Is Walter still the right guy?I mean geeze, this is really taking for ever!  At one point, I understand you want to save money, but in french we say des conomies de bouts de chandelle!

geeze, yeah you might save some money, but at one point, you need to decide!  If we lose another 6-8 months to save 500,000$, is it worth it??  We are not buiding the Beipanjeing bridge!  Even if they probably built it faster then our small operation mine!!

I am really wondering, is Walter still on his A game or he's getting to old for this kind of action!

Maybe he's focusing in small small details forgeting the big picture behind...

it's been 2 years since the PEA was put out! I can't believe we aren't in operation!
