RE:RE:RE:Dr. Frost's joint venture with TLT in urology: A natural fit

RE:RE:RE:Dr. Frost's joint venture with TLT in urology: A natural fitTrue, I've said it myself in the past few months, OPK needs TLT much more than TLT needs OPK.   A JV with OPK will save OPK and hamstrinp TLT because MC is only 3.5 billion, .  However, an offer of a JV from OPK would allow RW to go to MRK and wave it in their faces.  BMS,Pfizer, JnJ as well, Amd DD would dictate that RW take any offer of JV to the BOD who would then need to perform DD and seek RFPs from at least 3 other big pharma.   Because what would an offer of JV entail?  Maybe to fund PH2 plus a cash kicker.(probably a big cash kicker after this weeks news release)  Well PH2 for as little as 30 patients as Phil Davis has suggested would probably cost less than $3 million, probably a lot less.  So how much for the cash kicker?  Give me half a share of MRK per and let's call it a deal.
