lowest decline rate and low operating costs , they will have plenty of cashflow to steadily pay off credit facility ...perhaps the new owners have expansion plans and just need 6-12 months to get a good feel for the operation and also wait a bit for a healthy price of oil , I am not worried about this company because the current management team is excellent and sharp as a tack just listen to conference call if you have any doubts
