2018 royalty increase

2018 royalty increase
Morning all - has anyone seen or has a link to Caldwell shareholder presentation? Am trying to find more details regarding the increase (doubling) of royalty percentages that will be paid by international affiliates starting fiscal 2018.

A quick scan of 2016 annual report doesn't really tell (unless my tired eyes are missing it). Thanks much
