Very weak Q results

...to raise planned funds through private placements or other methods of financing, prior to the full acquisition of IDL, has contributed to the Company’s current financial situation where it has very limited cash resources. As such, GeneNews Limited, GeneNews (USA), Inc. and IDL have missed making vendor and loan payments while various financing alternatives were pursued, see notes 7, 9 and 12.
