The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the dividend-paying market in the industrialized world outside the U.S. and Canada. The fund is non-diversified.

Stock is at $0.17 today
Three months ago it was at $0.35
Three months before that it was at $0.50
Three months before that it was at $0.59
Three months before that it was at $0.61

Please enlighten me. What should I not be negative about?
