Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company. RE:Total warrants value exercised since March 31 = 1,487,587$See footnote 24 below, Only 972501 of the 38 cent warrrants were exercised.  The remainder expired mid April when the price was around .38 cents.  All the rest of the warrants exercised since the middle of April, were from the .375 cent warrants.

24.    Subsequent Events
 
 On April 13, 2017, the Company received cash proceeds of $369,550 from the exercise of 972,501 warrants to purchase common shares.   
 
 On April 18, 2017, the Company granted an aggregate of 2,800,000 options to purchase common stock to directors, officers and employees with an exercise price of $0.50, a vesting period of 3 years and a term of 5 years.
 
On April 26, 2017, the Company received cash proceeds of $168,750 from the exercise of 450,000 warrants to purchase common shares

The breakdown has to be this one:


1,455,000 @0.38$ = 552,900$
2,492,500 @0.375$ = 934,687$

There should have been
12,271,099 warrants left @ 0.375$, before today's trading.

We should see tomorrow how many were exercised today.
