CBD is allowed in more countries because it is medical and legal than THC ever will.At least for the next few years because The United Nations deems THC illegal.CBD has very strong benefits as well.
QBA is a South Africa situated company where THC is illegal.Dr Thadenka Kunene who runs the House of Hemp states that they can get $7-10,000/kg of CBD.
At some point, the UN will change their laws when the US and Europe change their tunes. Then the biggest money gets made.
They are finally beginning to do medical reasearch on the benefits of cannabis, both THC and CBD.Once they have some proof of what it does, they will legalize it all.
Cannabis is the next big medical marvel.Big Pharma is already trying to get a hold on it.Fortunately, they can't patent growing things, only synthetic.Fortunes will be made with this plant and these penny stocks are in on it.
DarrylSittler27...can you reference any documents that support and show that THC is illegal in South Africa for "medical purposes"? Also, the U.N.,
“Article 4c of the Single Convention on Narcotics specifically says that under the treaties, cannabis can be used for medical and scientific purposes. It was an understanding that these are drugs, that some drugs have medicinal properties, and so the treaties did not want to exclude people from accessing a drug like cannabis if in the future it was proven to have those medicinal qualities.” Also, as far as I know; LGC (QBA) has clearance to grow and "export' 'medical marijuana" in it's totality inclusive of the cannabinoid THC. The U.N. typically is nothing more that a big scarecrow as Canada is prime example that all any country needs to do...if push comes to shove...is to withdraw from UN Drug Control Treaties.
