Interesting nominee for a new director

From the Annual Report, Austin wants to add Jiangping Mo as a director. He                           "is currently the Deputy President of China Nonferrous Metal Guilin Research Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources. He holds a Masters degree in Environment Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Geological Exploration. He has more than 30 years of experience as a high-level executive in the mineral and mineral exploration industry and has been involved with gold, copper, nickel, tin and tungsten projects. He has experience leading exploration teams in China, Australia, and Africa."                     This sounds to me like they are preparing to ramp up exploration again -  not surprising considering copper is still on the rise. I'm going to hold on to my shares for awhile longer.
